Plain-language explanation of what we collect when you book with us, why we need it, and what we do with it.
When you book or contact us we collect only what is needed to provide the journey: your name, phone number, email address if you supply one, pickup and destination addresses, travel dates and times, passenger numbers, flight number where relevant, and any special requirements you tell us about.
Your details are used to quote the fare, assign a driver and vehicle, track your flight where applicable, contact you about the booking, and keep a record for invoicing. Corporate account details are additionally used to prepare monthly statements.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We do not discuss passengers, destinations or itineraries with anyone outside the booking.
Only the assigned driver and the person handling bookings. If you contact us through WhatsApp, that conversation is also governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms. Our website is hosted on infrastructure that keeps standard server logs.
Booking records are retained for as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes, and then deleted. Marketing email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any message we send.
This website uses only what is required to function and remember your light or dark theme preference. If analytics are added later, this policy will be updated to say what is measured and how to opt out.
You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond promptly.
