We would rather explain our pricing than publish a list that turns out to be wrong for your journey.
The dominant factor. A Chileka to Blantyre transfer and a Blantyre to Mzuzu journey are different propositions in fuel, time and vehicle wear.
A sedan for two passengers costs less to run than an MPV for seven or a 4x4 for a lodge access road. We assign the smallest vehicle that genuinely fits your party and luggage.
Reasonable waiting is included. Extended standby — a day of meetings, a wait at a trailhead — moves onto the hourly or daily rate, always quoted up front.
For long distance one-way journeys the vehicle still has to come home. That is inside the quoted price, which is why return legs are cheaper per kilometre.
